Laser Cutting

Our fleet of Amada lasers produce even complex part configurations quickly and efficiently. Whether you need a prototype or full production quantities, Crow Corporation offers the most cost efficient way to process metal sheet and plate. We're not a shop with a laser. We are laser cutting experts.

Water Jet Cutting
A step above conventional machining processes, the speed and flexibility of precision WaterJet Cutting has become a proven solution to a host of complex fabrication challenges. There is no heat affected zone, eliminating thermal distortion or degradation of materials.
With WaterJet Cutting, we can cut virtually any material including aluminum, stainless steel, mild steel, tool steel, copper, alloys, titanium, ceramic, Kevlar, composites, stone and plastic.
Other Advantages of WaterJet Cutting include:
- Precision accuracy – as close as +/- 0.003"
- Cut materials up to 6" thick
- Work pieces as large as 7' x 13'
- 5 to 10 times faster than Wire EDM
- Cut reflective materials not suitable for laser cutting

Welding

Bubble Caps
Since 1962, Crow Corporation has manufactured bubble caps, tray hardware ad tower internals for fractional distillation columns and towers around the world.
We have a wide selection of bubble caps available for immediate delivery, including:
- 3” x 3”
- 3” x 4”
- 6” x 5”
Custom orders are also welcome. We offer slotted and non-slotted, FRI caps, assemblies, carbon, stainless, copper and exotics.
Custom Washers
Crow Corporation’s large tooling inventory ensures we can meet your requirements on-time and within budget. We can make any custom washer you need including, flat, fender F34, split, spring, tab, lock or clipped in short run or production quantities.
- Any material type from 16 gauge to 1/2”” thick can be used.
- Any I.D. or O.D. from 3/4” to 5” in .015” increments.
- Special sizes above 5” are also available.
- 5-7 day standard delivery on most orders.
- 1-2 day emergency service is available.
- Plating, heat treat and any finish available.
- Complete traceability/documentation including MTR’s and heat treat.
Laser Marking

Cost effective, permanent, clean and non-contact -- laser marking is the perfect solution for permanently marking a wide variety of metal products and components with a highcontrast mark that will not damage the surface. Crow Corporation is pleased to provide the region's only contract laser marking service.
